Drop Off & Pick Up

Consignor Drop-off
Wednesday, September 29th from 2pm-8pm and Thursday, September 30th from 9am-1pm. Click here for Drop off Appointment Scheduling.

We strive to make the drop-off process as quick as possible. Our main goal at the drop-off time is to ensure that we are accepting high quality items that are ready to sell.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to leave behind one 18 gallon or larger plastic tub clearly marked with your consignor number at each END. You must keep your lid! We will use this tub to sort your merchandise on Sunday. Have your clothing items sorted by size and gender BEFORE you arrive. PLEASE also rubber band the hangers of like-sized and gender clothing together.

    You can expect the following during our drop-off:


  • Check-in – We expect the process to take approximately 15 minutes. Please check in when you arrive. You will verify your personal information and receive your pre-sale passes. Any items requiring assembly will be put together by you. Please allow extra time for this. Our volunteers are also there to assist you. After this time you are free to go!

    Once you've gone our volunteer inspectors will be doing the following:

  • Inspection – We will inspect your items for rips, holes, stains, tears, smells, and proper tagging. We will only accept like new merchandise that will sell.
  • Put items out –The more organized your merchandise is before arrival, the faster the process will go.

Consignor Pick-up
Pick-up is Sunday, October 3rd from 5:00–6:30 pm. You will need to bring the paperwork you received at drop-off. You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place as long as they have the required paperwork. Pick up any unsold items you do not wish to donate. Your clothing and other items will be separated by consignor number. PLEASE NOTE that anything not picked up by 6:30 pm will be donated.
