• Seller agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against Twice Around The Block, LLC, its owners, volunteers, paid participants, insurer or the leasors of the space where the sale is being held for any damage, fire, theft or loss of any items consigned to Twice Around The Block, LLC. No theft, fire, damage or loss is anticipated by Twice Around The Block but an occurrence of such an event is not something Twice Around The Block, LLC will be held liable for.
• Seller agrees to waive any/all claims for personal injury that result from participation in Twice Around The Block’s consignment sale regardless of whether the injury is foreseen or unforeseen. No claim will be brought against Twice Around The Block, LLC, its owners, volunteers, paid participants, insurer or the leasors of the space where the sale is being held.
• Seller agrees to check ALL items they are consigning for recalls as it is their responsibility and liability. Links to recalls can be found on our website's "What We Accept" page.
• Seller agrees that items NOT PICKED UP during the designated pick-up hours will become the property of Twice Around The Block, LLC and will then be donated to charity. Any unsold items marked with a “Black Dot” will be donated to charity and not available for pick-up after the sale completion/li>
• Seller agrees that any merchandise found without a ticket during the sale will be placed in our Lost and Found. During the designated pick-up hours these items will be available to be viewed by all consignors returning to pick up unsold merchandise. Any remaining items not claimed will then be donated to charity.
• Seller agrees that no claims will be made against Twice Around The Block, LLC for any discrepancies involving merchandise placed in the sale.
• Seller agrees to receive in their earnings check $5 per consignor they referred who participates in the current sale. In order to receive the $5, seller's name must be given as the referral source at time of new consignor's registration.
• Seller agrees to cash the issued proceeds check within two (2) months of the date of the check. Seller checks will be mailed within two (2) weeks after the end of the sale using our billpay service.
• Seller agrees to the following for distribution of the proceeds from the sale:
1. Seller will have a $10.00 non-refundable consignor fee to be paid in full via Paypal before completing registration.
2. Seller will receive 70% of their sale profits and Twice Around The Block, LLC will receive 30%. Sellers who volunteer and complete ONE four (4) hour shift during the sale will be entitled to 75% of their profits with Twice Around The Block, LLC receiving 25%. Sellers who volunteer and complete TWO four (4) hour shifts will be entitled to 80% of of their sale profits with Twice Around the Block, LLC receiving 20%.
